It can not even calculate the calories right, I had entered egg for breakfast and it tells me 25000 calories above the plan
Amazing app for counting calories and keeping track of your macros. Be sure to calculate you portions correctly when trying to "add a new food" to the database, or you will end up like Parpak.
Needs to have a wider food variety. Needs a sections to add water consumed for the day.
The app did everything I wanted it to and more
This is a pretty good app. Has different types of diets, although would have liked to have seen an Atkins diet not just low carb. When it counts carbs the app counts fiber as well which is not what a low carb dieter is looking to count. Some foods were wrong and not sure why like 3 cups of baby spinach being nearly 300 calories. USDA site puts it at under 70.

Ive lost 4 pounds in four days just by watching my calorie intake which I never did before. Knowing youre logging everything you eat forces you to be more conscious of your intake and logging that in it simple and easy.
Easy to use & very educational. Great database of food items, even brand name items. Easy to add new items to database & food diary using barcode scan. Gives you a plan to follow designed just for you & teaches you to track carb/protein/fat ratio in the foods you eat. Good progress tracking. Highly recommend!
Ive used similar apps.. This one is super easy to use and has a great selection of foods.
